Generous Donations

A donation of $200 has been made in the name of Larry and Eleanor Freund.  These funds will be used to help with vet expenses for "Emma", a Yellow Lab puppy we rescued who has two broken back legs.

John A. Heitz has contributed funds enabling the purchase of a Sony Vaio laptop computer. This wonderful tool will be used for coordinating animal rescues via email, grant research and writing, website maintenance and the production of signs and newsletters.

$100 has been received from Barbara Joyce, Renee McKelvie and Jerry Angle. This gift has been used for the purchase of pet food.

Thanks to everyone who makes our work possible.

Meet Our People

Angie Rieschel-Walker is the Director and founder of All Creatures Animal Rescue and Sanctuary. Angie has two young boys and a fulltime job as an attorney, but she always has time for the animals. She is the single one person in the organization who made everything possible.

Misty Reiser is the co-founder of All Creatures and a volunteer and foster mom. Misty has a fulltime retail job with a pet supply company but she always has time for the animals. You will find her doing adoptions every Saturday and Sunday at Petco in Branson. Misty may well rescue more animals than any other individual in the organization.

Lynn and Gus Payton - Lynn is an animal control officer for the City of Bolivar. Gus also works for that city. Together they form a dynamic, caring team who can be found every Saturday driving a huge bus load of rescued pets from Bolivar to PetSmart in Springfield to be adopted.

Richard and Patty Mehl - Richard and Patty are compassionate foster parents who house and rehome rescued animals. They frequently help with procuring pet food donations for our foster homes.

Cheryl Stingess - Cheryl is a volunteer, volunteer coordinator and specializes in animal behaviorism. She's a wealth of helpful information and you can find her at PetSmart every Saturday, doing adoptions and training volunteers.

Lynn O'Toole - Lynn is a volunteer, foster parent and grant writer for All Creatures. She has a social work background working with delinquet youth and with developmentally disabled people, but always has time for the animals. Lynn is the shelter representative who works with Springfield Animal Control, rescuing pets from them as space permits. (More volunteer descriptions to come!)
